First of all thank you for your concern about our time we spent in your hotel It wasn’t the first time we are an old customers to your hotel groups Concerning the services the experience was good i may try the same place I liked many things:- - the food was excellent (it’s taste plus it’s diversity ) I liked the the hotel concern about cleaning the room was very clean and nice Wi Fi Lobby was amazing Restaurant Furniture was cool Design and internal design Swimming pool Everything was amazing really

I was really impressed by the quality and service of this hotel. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good and diverse. The rooms were a tad on the small side, but having used Ibis before, I knew this would be the case. The bathroom was good as well. There are lounges at the entrance for waiting areas or quick informal meetings. The bed was very comfortable. I will return there again if the chance arises.

good stay in this hotel along Malik road about 15km from the airport with sufficiently spacious and comfortable rooms. the breakfast was good with a wide choice, the welcome and availability of the reception and restaurant staff were also good, the services were also good with swimming pool (a little small) and sauna and Turkish bath. The presence and availability of taxis to get around the city is also good.

The breakfast was excellent. We ate in the restaurant a couple of evenings and the food was also great. We went to Jeddah to watch the football. It was the friendliest place we have ever visited. There is no public transport system so you have to download the "Uber" app on your phone. We recommend you visit the old town which is a few miles south of the hotel.
