breakfast is as great as always, coffee machine was down several times, but employees were always helpful to bring me my drink afterwards. quiet clean room, elevators fast, wanted to try the spa but didn't have much time, printing service by reception is brilliant. Staff are very pleasant and helpful although some lack experience and knowledge but very decent and friendly. Location is VERY GOOD. if you have forgotten anything home you can easily find in the supermarket Panda next door. Hira Street is packed with fast food restaurants. Internet works properly but not in all rooms, ask for a room with good signal. They have a great leader the GM. bathroom although tight but well equipped except for the strange standard of Ibis having one face towel in the room. Overall, an excellent product with good value for money and helpful staff. hotel very well kept and clean Thanks for the management

Staff all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast provides a good selection and variety of food. Dinner options are a bit limited but food quality is excellent

good stay in this hotel along Malik road about 15km from the airport with sufficiently spacious and comfortable rooms. the breakfast was good with a wide choice, the welcome and availability of the reception and restaurant staff were also good, the services were also good with swimming pool (a little small) and sauna and Turkish bath. The presence and availability of taxis to get around the city is also good.

I was really impressed by the quality and service of this hotel. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good and diverse. The rooms were a tad on the small side, but having used Ibis before, I knew this would be the case. The bathroom was good as well. There are lounges at the entrance for waiting areas or quick informal meetings. The bed was very comfortable. I will return there again if the chance arises.

I love staying at Ibis, I go to Jeddah for work 4 times a year and planning on staying there every time. The staff are great, the place is clean, great breakfast and very affordable.

The breakfast was excellent. We ate in the restaurant a couple of evenings and the food was also great. We went to Jeddah to watch the football. It was the friendliest place we have ever visited. There is no public transport system so you have to download the "Uber" app on your phone. We recommend you visit the old town which is a few miles south of the hotel.
